Call 999. Do not wait for a reply from Apollo Music School.
Tell us about a concern
If you are worried about something connected with an Apollo lesson, member of staff or activity, call 01977 876430 and ask to speak to the person responsible for safeguarding. You can also email lessons@apollomusicschool.org, but email is not suitable for an emergency.
Please share what happened, who is involved, when and where it happened, and how we can contact you. Do not investigate the concern yourself or promise to keep it secret. We will record concerns securely, share information only when necessary, and refer to the appropriate authority where required.

Our approach
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. Our approach covers safer working, disclosures, appropriate communication and boundaries, online safety, recording concerns and working with parents, carers and statutory agencies. Safeguarding information is kept separate from ordinary marketing activity and access is limited.
